UPDATE: Since we have a power outage that they don’t think will be fixed till after 5pm, the rec centre has decided to shut down today and students will be dismissed at 1PM. Unfortunately our online classroom is also down.

 

The OSF community is deeply saddened by the death of one of our dear OSF VIPs. She was a joy to teach and such a creative talent and sick skater. RIP “Dani California” - Lauren & Craig, OSF Teachers

There are no words to express how awesome it is to be back in the OSF classroom/studio working with our first of three crews building skateboards again!!!!

 

As we prepare to reopen our school this week, we acknowledge we are hosted on the lands of the Mississaugas of the Anishinaabe, the Haundenosaunee Confederacy and the Wendat. We also recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and the Inuit peoples.

Now that @scadding_court community centre has reopened, teachers are busy getting our Room 3 classroom/studio set up with @Roarockit supplied individual work stations to do a socially-distanced welcome back to OSF Year 12 of skateboard brand building!

Looking forward to starting to press decks with our 3 crews right after our scheduled orientations next week. (Note: Each Student has already been contacted with their assigned crew and start date Sept 15th through 17th. Remember to wear a mask and enter through the Dundas St. doors)
