OSF x Roarockit Product Testing Results
In collaboration with Roarockit, Oasis Skateboard Factory students constructed three boards for testing. Each board was made from a single kind of wood species, Birch, Maple and Bamboo. All boards had the same shape in order to make testing consistent. Thanks to a donation from CJ Skatepark, students were able to spend the day skating all three boards to find out potential strengths and flaws. After a long and fun day of product testing we were able to create a list of results ranging from the scientific (deflection, torsion, stress) to the fun (pop & feel).
